| Layer | Management |
| Direction | From CallGem |
| Type of Service | CG |
| Interface ID | MA |
| Message Purpose | This message is sent by CallGem when either an Enumerate Agents [EA] or an Enumerate Campaigns [EC] transaction finishes. |
| Example | EF\TXABC001 |
| Explanation | CallGem is informing the control application that the Enumerate request ABC001 has finished. |
| Notes |
This message will usually be in response to an
Enumerate End [EE] message, but an agent enumeration will also be terminated by the campaign being closed.
Integrators must therefore ensure that their Control Apps will accept Enumerate Finished [EF] messages under these circumstances.
For on overview of the query process, see Resilience Measures. |
