Agent Login

1.	Agent Name	(Mandatory)	The unique identifier of the agent that is to be logged on.
2.	Agent Description	(Mandatory)	A unique description for this agent.
3.	Agent Extension	(Mandatory)	The agent extension number or address.
4.	Campaign	(Mandatory)	The campaign to which the agent is to be logged on.
