Conference Hold
Used to put the primary call in a three party conference on hold. Either the Extension or External Address must be specified.
Inputs
| 1. | Extension | (Optional) | The destination extension |
| 2. | External Address | (Optional) | The number of the 3rd party |

Outputs
None
Outcomes
| 1. | Drop | The call was dropped or there was a telephony error |
| 2. | No Transfer | The conference hold step transfers the call connection from the primary call. This outcome indicates that the transfer did not occur |
| 3. | Conference | The call was successfully transferred to the selected destination address and is now conferenced |
| 4. | Fail | The conference hold operation failed |
