Used with Preview campaigns to initiate dialing. An optional timeout can be set.
Inputs
| 1. | Timeout | (Optional) | The number of seconds after which the step is timed out if none of the other events occur. Defaults to 60 seconds. |

| 4. | Timeout | The call timed out without any other event occurring |
